Time flies?

Issue 1 - Balvenie 15yr Cask #7266 was 2009.

We have all been tempted to drink any / all that we bought. The cask produced 252 bottles. Wonder how many remain unopened. I think I have 2 if mice have not been at play.

It would be interesting to have a Balvenie 15 YO Only tasting for WW. Remember how different they all were - the last time we did that? I remember looking for some of the casks we tasted ... at Julios and any time I was near a liquor store.

Does anyone know if the more recent 15 single casks are as variable? Thanks.

The new 1998 Glen Garioch 15yr old Loch & Key bottling is in. It arrived on Wednesday. 192 bottles total in the run. Numbers 9 & 10 came home with me. Get it while it lasts - which is not likely to be long.

I have been keeping up with the Loch and Key scotch releases. Not the Amorik and Kavalan and other single malts. Just the scotches. To add onto the first 7, here are the rest of the Loch and Key scotch selections since I last updated this thread. I'm a little hazy on when each one was released/order of being released, so if someone should know definitely better than I, please feel free to correct me. Also let me know if I missed anything.

Issue 8 - Scotch Malt Whisky Society 53.199 (Caol Ila) Berber Whisky 12yr
Issue 9 - Glen Garioch 15yr Cask 990
Issue 10 - Scotch Malt Whisky Society 4.198 (Highland Park) Pigs in Plaster 14yr
Issue 11 - Gordon & MacPhail Glen Tauchers 11yr
Issue 12 - Gordon & MacPhail Glen Grant 25 yr
Issue 13 - Gordon & MacPhail Mortlach 15yr
Issue 14 - Glenrothes Vintage Cask #3 16yr
Issue 15 - Lost Distillery Auchnagie Port Finish
Issue 16 - Lost Distillery Lossit Port Finish
Issue 17 - Lost Distillery Towiemore Port Finish

Coming soon!!! Issue 18 - Compass Box Rivals!!

Pics coming on the above releases at some point.
