Interesting. But I think all that "science" was just an excuse for them to drink whisky all afternoon. In fact, I think I'll do some "science experiments" on whisky this weekend, maybe some morning experiments.

Yes, very. It will be interesting to see what, if anything, distillers will do with this information. That's if they didn't know already.
