Loch and K(e)yers thought I would share this with you. This is a great class fro those new to the Scotch catagory. We wilkl touch on History, Production methods and styles.

Class Description
Arguably the most distinctive of the fine spirits, scotch is still growing in popularity. Join us to learn about the differences between blended, pure, vatted, single, and cask-strength scotches. Learn why the materials and processes, as well as the regions, cause these drinks to be so different from each other. No haggis will be served.

Friday, 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM; 1 session on December 18, 2009
